Benchmaster
warrants its products: recliner/ottoman and other products
to original purchaser only, to be free from defects in
workmanship and material for one (1) year, with the
following exceptions and limitations.
Frame, structural
materials, hardware, leather, wood and other exterior
materials are warranted for one year subject to the
following limitations. Damage due to misuse or negligence
such as cuts or abrasions, use of inappropriate cleaning
products, and/or failure to use correct leather/wood
treatment as specified in the owners care guide, are not
covered under this warranty. (see: owner’s product care
guide) Normal ware not covered by this warranty: loss of
original color, (due to excess sun light exposure), wear in
seating area and armrests due to excessive weight load.

Benchmaster
cushions are warranted for a period of one year against
collapsing, but are not covered for “softening” which is
normal.
ELECTRONIC
COMPONENTS
All electric
components are warranted against defects in workmanship and
performance for a period of one (1) year from date of
purchase. Failed items are replaced only with no
compensation for labor or transportation in connection with
repairs. PARTS ONLY.
This warranty
applies to products sold by Authorized Benchmaster dealers,
and in use in the 48 contiguous United States. Warranty
claims and adjustments are made through authorized dealers
of Benchmaster products only. No compensation is made to
consumer for transportation or any other expense in
connection with warranty items. Product repair/s/ or
replacement is at the sole discretion of Benchmaster
Furniture, under the specific terms of this warranty.
Warranty may be
VOID on Benchmaster products not assembled by an
authorized Benchmaster dealer. Verification of purchase may
be required in the form of a sales receipt, or other
document as evidence of purchase, including, date purchased,
selling dealer’s name and address.
